For deliveries to non-EU countries, we have no influence on customs clearance processing times. This may occasionally extend delivery times.

Due to new legal regulations regarding packaging laws, VAT, and customs clearance, we no longer ship to private customers in certain countries (e.g., France & the UK). We regret these restrictions due to increasing bureaucracy.
Customs & Taxes for International Orders
- Orders within Germany & the EU: Prices include 19% VAT
- Orders outside the EU: Prices exclude 19% VAT
- Not included in shipping costs:
- Customs duties & clearance fees
- Local import VAT (varies by country)
These costs are to be paid by the customer upon import, depending on the destination country's regulations.
