Delivery time
Your order will be shipped within 2 working days (normally 1 working day) after we have received your payment in our bank account or by PayPal.
The delivery time depends on the destination and local customs. Below is the normal delivery time by destination:
- within Germany: 1 to 3 working days
- within Europe: 2 to 6 working days
- to other continents: 7 to 14 working days
We no longer deliver to private customers / end customers in some countries (e.g. France) or only under certain conditions (e.g. Great Britain only from 135 GBP per order), because it is no longer economically viable for us due to new regulations, especially in the area of packaging (or VAT in the case of Great Britain). We regret the development towards more and more bureaucracy in many areas of business and private life.

Prices for Germany and EU countries incl. 19% VAT. All other countries excl. VAT. Prices and shipping to countries outside the European Union don't include customs duty, customs handling fee and local VAT which have to be paid on import according to the countries regulation.
