1) Scope and Contact

This Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy applies to all purchases made from Mauve Sports-MSV OHG (hereinafter "Seller"). If you have any questions, please contact us at mauve@msv-tennis.com.

2) Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

2.1 We grant you a voluntary 30-day right of return. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2.2 This voluntary return policy does not limit your statutory rights, in particular the statutory right of withdrawal as described in section 3.

3) Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU – 14 Days)

3.1 If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

3.2 The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

3.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

3.4 To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3.5 Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

3.6 You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless agreed otherwise.

4) Return Conditions

4.1 To be eligible for a return (under the voluntary 30-day policy or the statutory right of withdrawal), your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

5) Return Process

5.1 Contact us at mauve@msv-tennis.com to initiate a return. Returns must be sent to the address provided in section 10.

5.2 If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6) Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

7) Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

7.1 Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

7.2 Items on sale and gift cards cannot be returned.

8) Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

9) Refunds

9.1 We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

9.2 If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
