1) Delivery Times

1.1 We generally ship your order within 1–2 business days after receipt of payment (for purchases on account, immediately after receipt of the order).

1.2 The delivery time varies depending on the country of destination:

• Germany: 1–3 business days
• Europe: 2–6 business days
• Other continents: 7–14 days

1.3 Note on international shipments: For deliveries to non-EU countries, we have no influence on the processing time of the customs authorities. This may extend the shipping time in individual cases.

3) Important Notes for Certain Countries

Due to new legal regulations, particularly regarding packaging regulations, VAT, and customs clearance, we no longer deliver to private customers in certain countries (e.g., France and the UK). We regret these restrictions caused by increasing bureaucracy.

4) Customs & Taxes for International Deliveries

Not included in the shipping costs:

• Customs duties & customs clearance fees
• Local import sales tax (depending on national regulations)

Depending on the country, these fees must be paid by the recipient upon import.

5) Shipping Providers

5.1 Your orders are primarily processed through our logistics partner Frank Siemens Business Services (Mail Boxes Etc. / MBE) in Lübeck. The following parcel services are used:

• Germany and Europe: UPS or DPD
• USA, Africa, Asia, Australia: FedEx

5.2 In exceptional cases, shipping is carried out directly from our office in Straelen via DHL parcel, "Warenpost" (merchandise mail), or letter.
